If You are a BUYER:

• We work together to determine your investment criteria, your needs, preferences, budget and timeline for investing
• I locate investments opportunities that fit within the established criteria and present the financial commitment needed and expected return on investment
• Once a decision has been made to purchase we manage the purchase process between YOu and the Seller.
• We organize property inspections, insurance quotes, contacts with a reputable Mortgage Broker  and Property manager so that you can made educated decisions

• If You are the SELLER:
• We determine the current market value of the property that will affect a quick sale
• The property is then listed on the Multiple Listing Service
• We do a cash flow analysis on the property to show prospective investors the return on investment
• We market the property aggressively within he investment network
• We will organize with the Buyer to present a contract for Purchase and once agreed we will coordinate the closing process.
• If you are behind on payments or owe more on the home than it is currently worth and still need to sell we can work with a loan mitigator to accept less than is owed and get an agreement to close on the property with another investor.
